25.01.2022 Manjas birthday party was celebrated with 9 other friends. They made 2 perfumes each, they splashed the perfume and went off for lunch.

25.01.2022 We celebrated Amaya’s 11th birthday. They enjoyed making chocolate and ate strawberries, Turkish Delight and Marshmallow all dipped in chocolate but the most fun the had was making a giant freckle and smashing it.

24.01.2022 Artistea came to the workshop to make chocolate for Orthodox Easter. Mark went a step further and made some Easter Eggs. Happy Orthodox Easter to all those who celebrate it.

24.01.2022 Julia tried to temper chocolate at home, but wasn’t successful. She enrolled in our Ultimate Chocolate Workshop to learn and got it right on the first go! Now she can temper chocolate whenever she wants, and will maybe share with others... maybe.

24.01.2022 This group came all the way from Saudi Arabia to attend our Ultimate Chocolate Workshop. They loved making chocolates, and thoroughly enjoyed dipping Turkish Delight in chocolate - and of course their favourite part was eating it!

10.01.2022 Christina had a bad day at work - generally being at work means it is not a good day for anyone. Reluctantly, she came to our Fun Friday Chocolate Workshop. After making 24 filled chocolates, eating some Turkish delight dipped in chocolate and sending time with others in the class. The remainder of the day, and the whole weekend, was fun. Chocolate makes everything better.

09.01.2022 On Friday we hosted a Team Building Chocolate Workshop for Rozelle Child Care Centre. We all had fun and held a competition. The group that made the best chocolate was declared the Chocolatiers of the month. The best kind of competition.

09.01.2022 On Monday the 19th February, I hosted a workshop in memory of a 24 years-old young man who passed away on the cricket field. Because he loves chocolate, his family and friends celebrated what would have been his 29th birthday by making chocolate in his memory.

05.01.2022 On Saturday, in our Ultimate Chocolate Workshop, Rebecca who has never been able to temper chocolate successfully, mastered the art. Congratulations to Rebecca and happy tempering.

02.01.2022 This group of fine people came all the way from the Upper Hunter to do our Fun Friday Chocolate Workshop (held on Saturday ). They ate some Turkish delight and strawberries dipped in chocolate, and left with a box of chocolate each that they made themselves. We're not sure the chocolates survived the drive home.
