20.01.2022 Hi everyone, I hope you are all having a lovely day today :D Tonight we will be taking a small break from our live for two reasons, One we had to go live Thursday and thought it was a bit too soon to go live again with the Crystals, And 2. I am feeling a lot better (Hi It's Michael) But have been told to just keep taking it easy for now until the Community nurse comes around again tomorrow to check me out and see how I'm doing :) WE WILL be back on Sunday for our Psychic Live as we have missed you all so much and can't wait to come back but I do hope you all understand and have a lovely weekend and we will see you all tomorrow :D

18.01.2022 Hi everyone, We have something serious we need to talk about. Lately, We have been having some clients coming to us about missing parcels, Now of course as you all know we send everything on a Monday morning and it is out of our hands aside from Tracking. However, Even with Tracking, we can't stop people who have been accepting another person Crystal package and not been honest that they have received the incorrect order to be sent back and then sent off to the correct peopl...e. We have a list of all addresses of the parcels that have been sent and we will be going through Australia Post and our photos/records to make sure we find where these missing parcels have ended up. If we find that someone has received orders and has not been honest and sent them back, We will be taking it to the Police and report them as Stolen Unless it is sent back or the person has messaged us about sending it off to the right person. Crystals are not cheap and are precious Stones/Metals/Gems and we will not be taking these matters lightly. So we urge anyone who has received a package that is not there's, And you would know, To message us and send it back. Otherwise, legal action will be taken

Just letting you all know that I (Michael) Will be spending today going through everyone's Lay-by's and accounts to see what has been paid, What hasn't been paid and messages will be sent out to see what everyone is doing with their lay-by. With all Lay-by's ending on the 31st of December we will be jumping on people a little more. Today's Question is Do you guys think Afterpay, Zip Pay, Etc. Are a good or bad system? I personally don't like it but it seems like a lot of other people love it.

02.01.2022 Hi Everyone If you have a layby remember a weekly payment is required unless other arrangements have been made with Kim or Michael. All laybys are held ...for 8wks and then if not claimed and payed in full all products will go back up for sale and money paid will be refunded except for a $50 holding deposit. This has been increased due to stock being held for up to 3wks with only a deposit and then cancel. We are only a small business and can’t afford for stock to sit in a bag or box going no where. $50-$200 Layby is a $20 deposit $200-$500 Layby is a $50 deposit Minimum Layby $50 Maximum Layby $500 Layby deposit must be paid within 24hrs or product is put back up for sale. All laybys are sent when items are paid in full and not before. All payments can be made through PayPal or Direct deposit. If you ever have a problem with any of our products please let us know as this will effect the purchases I make and which suppliers I will use. We have many different ways in which we guarantee our products so make sure you let us know if there is an issue.
