Kimbriki is an approved Paintback collection site providing Australian households and Trade Painters a convenient, responsible and free disposal point for unwanted paint. 21.01.2022 The Eco Garden and Buy Back Centre to Reopen Friday January 8th We are pleased to announce the Eco Garden and Buy Back Centre will reopen this Friday. During the shutdown we have restocked both locations so there's plenty of bargains to be had, or just come for a wander in the Eco Garden. Buy Back Centre hours are 8.00am to 4.30pm on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Closed on Tuesday and Thursday,

To help us even out traffic flow into and out of the site please remember that cars can use both weighbridge A and weighbridge B on entry. 14.01.2022 *** Updated 4/01/2021*** The Kimbriki Resource Recovery Centre is open from 7am until 5pm daily. However in consideration of the need to maintain essential services and the health and safety of customers and Kimbriki staff we ask that customers pay particular attention to social distancing and consider using a mask when close to other customers or staff on site. 10.01.2022 Get you Yacon On at the Kimbriki Eco Shop! Looking for something to different to add to the veggie patch? Why not try Yacon? With large large swollen potato like roots that can be used peeled and chopped in salads, or sliced and soaked in lemon juice and dehydrated to create a yummy snack. The plant is very high in antioxidants and even the leaves can provide a great anti-oxidant fodder for livestock including chickens. It is a great pre-biotic, is high in fibre and has a low glycemic index. Kimbriki's Eco Shop currently has limited stock of Yacon for sale at the reduced price of $10 for an 8 inch pot. #sustainableliving#kimbrikiecohouseandgarden

08.01.2022 What a great result! In September, the Youthsafe Clothing Bins located at Kimbriki collected a total of 900 kilos of clothing for reuse and recycle. Youthsafe is a national charity who partner to prevent unintentional injury of young people, and support young people in living happy and fulfilled lives free from injury.
