23.01.2022 Dear members and parents, Karate Gradings for Black Belt and Dan levels will be held in December to conclude 2020. All students that have met the necessary requ...irements and have been recommended by their dojo instructor are encouraged to complete their essays and continue their physical and mental preparation. Gradings will be over 3 days. THURSDAY 10th December 7:15 pm to 8:30 pm FRIDAY 11th December 7:15 pm to 8:30 pm SATURDAY 12th December - Time to be confirmed. 22.01.2022 || KIMEKAI BLACK BELT CHALLENGE || Kimekai will be running our Black Belt Challenge online this Friday 29th of May! The class will be open to all Brown and... Black belts and will focus on requirements for Black Belt and Dan gradings. 15 years and under 5:30 - 6:15pm (Brown Belts will be finished by 6 pm, Black Belts only will continue until 6:15pm) 16 years and above 6:30 - 7:45 pm (Brown Belts will be finished by 7:15 pm, Black Belts only will continue untill 7:30 pm). Class Zoom links are as per our normal Friday Brown/Black Classes. See you on the (virtual) mats!

20.01.2022 Dear Kimekai Members and Parents, Unfortunately, stage 3 lockdown will commence midnight today 8th of July. Kimekai dojos will cease face to face training from... tomorrow and we will return to online ZOOM classes. Our online program has been a great success and although not what we all hoped for, we will get through this period together. Shortly you will receive your online timetable with the respective links. 02.01.2022 Dear Kimekai Members, Well done on continuing your training online during lockdown. I'm very proud to see your enthusiasm and commitment on the screen, giving ...it 110% effort and making great progress. This time will pass and your hard work will pay off with new levels of resilience and mental toughness. Keep it up, you've got it covered! The next grading will be held on Saturday 12th of September and will be a Zoom online grading. Those that have met the necessary requirements to attempt their next grading will be given a form shortly. There is still time, so continue your preparation by attending as many classes as possible, use the training material on the members platform to fine tune your skills and reach out if we can help with personal training to cover specific training needs. The lockdown has been challenging but you have work through it and have finished on top. As we approach gradings this Saturday, I want to wish those students grading the very best. You have trained hard and have met all the requirements, your personal instructors are confident in your ability and have recommended you for advancement to your next belt.
