Even more so when you’ve received a frightening diagnosis. The fear felt during a traumatic experience can be downright crippling. 17.01.2022 Water: Soft, yet strong. Elusive, yet present. Yielding, but able to affect that which is hard. By observing how to be like water, we can learn a great deal abo...ut our strengths and our spiritual nature. In the ‘Tao Te Ching’, a great spiritual work created by Lao-tzu in 6th century China, being like water is a concept repeated many times throughout the text. The element of water is used as a symbol of living the best possible version of life. This inspirational concept, and indeed the study of how to be like water, is a simple idea that's easy to understand and apply in your own life. Once you grasp this simple notion, it can have a profound effect on your life. Nothing in the world is softer and weaker than water. But for attacking the hard, the unyielding, nothing can surpass it. There is nothing like it. - Tao Te Ching, 78th Verse. When you stop to really think about it, water is a mysterious substance. If you try to pick it up in your hands, it remains elusive of your grasp until you stop trying to hold it tight. When you relax and let go, you become one with the water. It is by letting go and relaxing your hold on life, that magical things will begin to happen. By giving up the need to control, to force or to fight something into submission, you open up a grand new way to begin to live. If you continue to force and control things in your life, you will end up losing them. So relax. Be like water. Emulate its special qualities. Be gentle, but strong. Be flexible. Be patient. Find your own way. Surrender and take the path of least resistance. Allow to be what will be.

04.01.2022 I have long been a believer in the power of the mind. I have personally experienced that it is possible to take control of your own mind again and become free f...rom the fear created by what I believe is an imbalance of mind/body/soulconstant mind activity. It’s now my life purpose to help others harness the power of their thoughts and begin to live more joyful and fulfilled lives More wisdom from Eckhart Tolle: You are cut off from Being as long as your mind takes up all your attention. When this happensand it happens continuously for most peopleyou are not in your body. The mind absorbs all your consciousness and transforms it into mind stuff. You cannot stop thinking. Compulsive thinking has become a collective disease. Your whole sense of who you are is then derived from mind activity. Your identity, as it is no longer rooted in Being, becomes a vulnerable and ever-needy mental construct, which creates fear as the predominant underlying emotion. The one thing that truly matters is then missing from your life: awareness of your deeper selfyour invisible and indestructible reality.

01.01.2022 When my Mum was alive, one thing she always said to me when times were tough was, "Everything passes with a matter of time." I took this profound wisdom onboard..., and have held onto it during the stormy days of my life. It has gotten me through many dark days. I've got the feeling that someone needs to hear this message today: Everything is going to be OK. You WILL get through this. This too shall pass. Peace Unity Love Kim See more
