24.01.2022 What a difference 12 months can make I didn’t set a NYE resolution per say, I had just made a decision to make better life choices. 20kg (44lbs) down and a New Year to work on the next 25kg (55lbs) to lose I highly recommend taking photos. Please please please trust me on this. I really can’t see a difference in myself personally. But boy oh boy can I in these side by side photos On the hard days you need the solid proof that your hard work is paying off. And to give y...ourself a little pick me up.....
