This year, there are 3 types of cakes: 1. traditional or 2. thousand layers or my new favourite 3. Taiwanese flaky moon cake. There is a new cake filling which is a combination of 1 layer of pandan mochi, mung bean or black sesame paste with mixture of Taiwanese pork floss ang salted egg yolk.... They are all come with the box of 4 eachs for traditional Moon cake and 9 eachs for thousands layers and Taiwanese flaky Moon cake. Traditional Moon cake,(150g each) with 1 egg yolk (Rectangular box only) Box 1- $45: 4 Mung bean or 4 black sesame. Box 2- $50: 2 mung bean (or 2 black sesame) and 2 mixed nuts. Box 3- $55: 4 mixed nuts. Thousand layers/pastry Moon cake Mung bean or black sesame without yolk $45. Mung bean or black sesame with yolk $50. Taiwanese flaky Moon cake (can not modify).
