24.01.2022 I'm sleeping in tomorrow !! Thursday night, Tim Draxl's fund raiser, at the Memorial Hall , catering for 130 suppers, then Friday Night , all Saturday and Sunday at the sailing club, catering for the second Lake Jindabyne Sailing club regatta -dinner Friday night, breakfast . lunch and coffee all Saturday and Sunday. Need a chardy or twelve ! And really happy with my new coffee machine ( which will be available for hire )

23.01.2022 Curry night in the lodge Yay! kids and adults all love curry in a hurry. What are you eating tonight? Butter chicken for the children. Cauliflower and lentil Dahl followed by Tumeric & coconut chicken w' rice. and of course papadams and condiments topped off with lime tart! enjoy your dinner!

18.01.2022 Dinner at Dulmison Ski Club last night the hungry bike riders enjoyed a three course dinner after they rode from the lodge to Khanchoban and back again!!!!!! Hungry little critters.

13.01.2022 Venues Your place or mine ? I can offer a dining experience at my property, The Point Jindabyne , for up to 10-12 people,- for a night of decadence or a week of in house catering.... Or tell where and when and I will be there !! For example I have catered for 100 at a wedding at a commercial ski lodge. I have catered for 22 at a private Ski lodge I have catered for 45 people at a private ski lodge I have catered for 90 or so in an outdoor rural setting, during a summer snow storm. ( true story and the couple are still happily married !) I have had clients needing a drop and run service eg emergency services needing to feed 50 or so people, on a self serve basis, over 3 hours. or You can pick up from me on your way through.
