05.01.2022 So often I hear that people aren't losing weight despite training hard (and often) in the gym. Because of this, people tend to outsource blame to others (their trainer) in order to take the brutal and harsh reality from the real reason why they aren't losing weight (themselves). Soooo... Step 1, Take responsibility for your own actions. Step 2, Change your mindset to positive and focus on your goal... make the change. Eat HEALTHY and whole foods. Step 3, Exercise (solo, classes, PT). Step 4, Achieve desired weight loss goal!!!! :-)
