19.01.2022 Well today was bitter sweet for me as it was the last day of Kim’s Kafe. I’d like to thank all our clients especially the locals who have supported me for the last (almost) 3 years. The cafe will be closed until the new owners take over on Friday 26 April. I’d like to wish Dave and Lee all the best and hope they enjoy there new adventure.

17.01.2022 Expression of Interest!! Just wondering how the Monto community feels about a function of some sort to thank Col and Clare Harris for the years of service they have given to the many clubs, sporting events and the general public. I am willing to host a morning tea in my cafe or in the hall if we need a bigger venue. Please comment so we can start organising something. Any ideas would be most welcome. We can’t let them retire without doing something.

10.01.2022 The Gift of Life. Something that is close to me is Organ Donation. I encourage everyone to become an Organ Donor. We can no longer just tick it on our Licence. We need to register and let our families know of our decision and wishes. I have information packs here at the cafe if you would like to come in and take one. You could save so many lives.
