10.01.2022 LEG WORKOUT Here are some great exercises to try and enjoy the burn. 1. Squats x20 2. Walking lunges x20... 3. Pop Squats x20 4. Standing calf raisesx20 5. Step ups x15 6. Kneeling Butt Lifts x20 each leg 7. Lying straight leg butt plank x30sec hold (feet on bench) 8. Wall squat hold x30sec Complete 3-4 rounds, rest after each set. To add another exercise to kick your heart rate up- run in between each exercise or set. ENJOY!

05.01.2022 Hey guys!! As a Personal Trainer and Crossfit coach, I have always wanted to help people be fitter, stronger and be happy and confident in themselves. I have always just physically trained people and realised that the nutrition is a missing factor for my clients to achieve their goals. My husband and I have tried the program a couple of months ago and really enjoyed it. In particular, the way it makes you feel, the fact it is ‘normal food’ and actually tastes SO YUMMY! We... have being introducing our daughter to the healthy way of living. We have tried a few different avenues before to help us achieve our goals, but could never stick to them. DCN has changed our way of eating, we are feeling great. Tim has lost weight and I have maintained a healthy weight during my pregnancy as well as having the assurance policey that I am giving baby the nutrition she needs to grow. I am excited to now be sharing this with my clients - I had to put it out there to my Facebook world, too. I have seen awesome results from my friends to from dropping the baby kgs, to stronger immunity, that glow, better muscle recovery and an overall feeling of vibrance and vitality. We have a "Spring Clean" beginning this month which I am excited to be getting people together to achieve their goals, keep each other accountable and have fun! 01.01.2022 1st workout back after baby no.2 Felt so good to move again and get a little sweat on!!! 15mins and Pippa woke up but that was enough for me. 3.4 weeks post baby and the body feels good. To the mummas, listen to your body and don’t rush your recovery. Workout: ... 15min 200m row 15 BW squats 10 ring rows 10 box push-ups 5 stepping burpees I made sure the intensity wasn’t too high and concentrated on breathing so there was less pressure on pelvic floor at this early stage..... try breathing in on the hard phase and out on the easy phase. In on the way up out of push-up
