15.01.2022 Hi everyone I've had a few people asking which carpet cleaning method is the best for their carpets. We offer steam cleaning (hot water extraction) as this is the only method of cleaning that will get to the base of the carpet to help remove more dirt. The other method is dry cleaning (surface cleaning) all this cleaning method does is clean the surface of the carpet, it looks good once it's finished but after a couple of weeks all those stains will 're appear as no dirt has been removed from the base of the carpet.
