25.01.2022 Used the new thermo jug from the mix shop this morning for our hollandaise sauce. So good and kept it nice and warm and great to pour from. Ideal for any type of sauces gravies etc. I thoroughly recommend this great little jug. It’s made from the same double walled metal like the thermoservers

19.01.2022 Not every night is a Thermomix cooking night. Tonight just a simple and delicious lamb roast and veggies. Just what the Doctor ordered. I did make the white sauce in the Thermomix and put in ziplock bags for future use a week or so ago using the automated thickening function in the Tm6. 16.01.2022 Hello my old friend, it’s been a while. Let’s not leave it so long next time. This is my absolute favourite Thermomix dish and perfect winter warmer. Making the beef stock to have on hand is an absolute must and game changer to this dish. 16.01.2022 Last night Chloe and I cooked up an Indian feast as a last family meal before lockdown begins and last time we get to see Sherridan before she has the baby. We had 3 Thermomix in the kitchen and a rice cooker making garlic naan bread, butter chicken, vegetarian butter chicken using chickpeas, beef madras and saffron rice. Gosh it was good and I think we all had seconds. If you’d like to know more about making delicious meals for your family as me how and we can do a virtual demo online or using FaceTime. 13.01.2022 It’s that time of year again.... Thermomumma hot cross buns for Mum and Dad to pick up tomorrow. They are the best buns ever do yourself a favour and give them a go. I’ve made sultans and blueberries this time, but I’ve made lots of different varieties using this recipe.



13.01.2022 Now the weather is becoming colder, comfort food comes to the fore. Nothing better than a big pot of soup and fresh bread to warm the cockles of your heart. The Thermomix is amazing at making soup but I still like to do my big pot on the stove at times. I did use the Thermomix to chop all of the vegetables and to shred the chicken breasts. Also made the Thermomumma bread roll recipe into baguettes. My soup recipe is sort of a whatever is in the crisper kinda soup but it’s loosely written in comments

06.01.2022 Just a few things I’ve made this past week in the Thermomix while helping Sherri out after the birth of our beautiful little Beau. A few loaves of bread, pizza Bianca served with a beef stew, the leftover stew then lightly blitzed and made into absolutely delicious pie filling, Skinnymixers ricotta and berry slice, custard, béchamel sauce for lasagne, cheese sauce for Mac n cheese, fruit buns and much more with no pics. Gosh I love this machine

06.01.2022 OMG.... saw this on another post and knew I had 2 punnets of strawberries that needed to be used so gave it a whirl. This recipe is only 60g sugar, lemon juice, 500g strawberries and only one egg white and it makes a massive quantity. Best of all it’s absolutely delicious. 04.01.2022 It’s been a while since I’ve made a loaf of bread but this perfect loaf was well and truly worth the wait. A nice home cooked brekky this morning making our favourite hollandaise sauce recipe from Cookidoo with poached eggs and bacon on homemade bread was just delicious
