Following on from my previous post the Qld Government has made a decision overnight that only registered Allied Health Professionals can supply any form of treatments which is Chiro, Physio Osteo etc! So it's with a sad heart to say I have to stop practising of from today! As with all us - we will get through this torrid time and utilise forms of yoga and stretching (including using rollers/trigger balls etc) to keep your body and mind healthy! If you have any concerns please feel free to contact me at any time - I will hold all your regular booked times in my diary until given the all clear to practice again! Stay safe

15.01.2022 Just to advise I AM STIL OPEN FOR BUSINESS! I am - as with all businesses in the difficult time - keeping my room totally sanitised and changing bedding after each patient! I myself have made sure I'm staying clear of all major public places and staying fit and healthy! ... Self employed businesses need your continued support but I also accept if you choose to reschedule at this time especially if your not feeling very well! 03.01.2022 Quite impressed with my new massage oil holders I just made maybe I could make some to order whilst not being able to work

02.01.2022 Dry needling - some swear by it others don't! Trigger points are knots in the muscle- when you inject a needle into them it sparks a change in chemistry inside the muscle - releasing tissue! Needling is not a fix-all solution but a piece of the puzzle to help problem areas! Larger plan being exercises, range of motion drills and stretching! Needling feels worse today to feel better in a week +/-

29.11.2021 "TEMPORARY CLOSURE FROM 17 AUGUST 2021 - 5 OCTOBER 2021" Most of my regular customers are aware that I am donating my kidney to my husband! We now have a surgery date booked for 17 August 2021 and will be taking 2 months off after this! ... Customers who have dates booked in monthly in advance would have received cancellations for those dates already. Keep well and look forward to be back to work around 5 October 2021!
