24.01.2022 Today’s The Age newspaper has exposed another secret deal between the Andrews Labor Government and the Chinese Communist Government separate to the Belt and Road agreement. It’s a deal Andrews and Labor kept secret from the Victorian community prior to the last election, and are still reluctant to tell us all the details. Our position is clear: the Liberal Nationals will withdraw Victoria from Labor’s controversial Belt and Road agreement. Victoria’s interests must come fir...st. A dud deal that compromises jobs, security and sovereignty is not a deal that I can ever support. 24.01.2022 Labor claims Victoria is the education State, how is it fair to exclude the Rowville electorate?

23.01.2022 Andrews and #Labor have squandered more than $1 million to spruik a ghost train. #Labor has failed to deliver the High Capacity Metro Tains (HCMT) which is now ...years late and mired in technical trouble. That didn’t stop @danielandrewsmp using #virtualreality advertising to plug a train you can’t catch! I can see why #virtualreality is needed if you don’t have the real train! These substantially Chinese made trains still are not up and running! Can you take a #HCMT journey? Incompetence. Everything @jacintaallanmp touches is botched, late or over budget. See more

22.01.2022 ROWVILLE RAIL This week in Parliament I asked the Minister for Public Transport Infrastructure; "In light of the Governments announcment regarding the Surburban Rail loop from Clayton to Monash University, when will you give a commitment to connect this rail to Rowville?"

22.01.2022 #lestweforget Today I attended a fabulous Anzac Day commemorative service at the Boronia RSL with Nick Wakeling MP and Cr Lisa Cooper, Mayor of Knox City Council.

21.01.2022 HAVE YOUR SAY Victoria has had 14 consecutive days of zero cases. Under the Roadmap, this was the trigger to go to the Final Step and ease restrictions.... But Daniel Andrews has changed his mind and said no. Do you think restrictions should be eased?

18.01.2022 Small businesses are the biggest employers in Victoria. Small businesses also support our local communities by sponsoring sporting clubs, social and community clubs with vouchers, donations and more. That’s why our #BackToWork plan is calling for greater support for small business so they can continue to be the engine room of our state’s economy. Our plan calls for small businesses and sole traders to benefit from: ... discounted local government rates and permit fees, WorkCover premium relief, raising the payroll tax threshold to $10m until mid-2022 in Melbourne, and waiving payroll tax entirely for regional small businesses until mid-2022. Stronger and better supported small businesses are part of our plan to get Victoria #BackToWork. Read our full plan at VLBR.AL/BackToWork

12.01.2022 It’s been a long winter and a longer lockdown. Now it’s time to get out and enjoy all the wonders that Victoria has to offer. White sandy beaches. Rocky mountain hikes. Bushland full of wildlife and rainbow flora. Mountain biking trails. Winery trails. Rail trails. Wandering slowly trails. Great foodie nooks. Decks with a view. Picnic rugs with your favourite people. ... We have it all right here. That’s why, to kick-start Victorian tourism, our #BackToWork plan proposes: $400 million to develop and upgrade tourist attractions, $300 million to support regional tourism operators, and ‘Road Trip for Victoria’ vouchers. When we holiday at home we create jobs for our own. Our #BackToWork plan would help us reconnect with our beautiful state and each other - and support local tourism to get our economy pumping again. 12.01.2022 Labor’s budget borrows more than any in Victorian history. But one area has been singled out for cuts: the anti-corruption commission and Parliament’s oversight committees. The Premier denies it but the truth is there in black and white - Labor is muzzling Victoria’s anti-corruption and oversight bodies.

11.01.2022 Victorian Liberal Leader - Michael O'Brien MP and Shadow Minister for Health, Georgie Crozier MP speak about the Andrews Labor Government's new hotel quarantine... program and the lack of transparency from authorities, the lack of compensation for homeowners affected by tunnelling projects and the delays in bringing back seasonal farm workers to support our agricultural industry. 08.01.2022 Great discussion at the Knox Students Forum today at Churchill-Waverley Golf and Bowls Club, with students from Wantirna Secondary College Rowville Secondary College Scoresby Secondary College The Knox School Waverly Christian College and St. Joseph's College, Ferntree Gully. Very interesting to hear about the biggest concerns for Year 12’s in 2021.

07.01.2022 Last time, Labor MPs called Victoria's hotel quarantine system "gold standard". And again it failed Victorians, plunging us back into lockdown. Yesterday, the... Andrews Government announced a return to hotel quarantine. There is a lot at stake for Victorian families, jobs and small businesses. Let me know, do you trust the Labor government to get it right this time?

07.01.2022 Victoria is facing a child protection emergency. Secret and highly classified government documents show failures by the Andrews Labor Government have caused the deaths of some of the most vulnerable Victorian kids. We urgently need a full, independent inquiry.

05.01.2022 We Will Remember Them!

04.01.2022 If businesses are advertising jobs, it means they're confident about their future and want to hire more staff. So when Victoria is the only state in the country to be going backwards - according to both the ABS and the National Skills Commission - that is not a good sign for our jobs future. Victoria is in a jobs crisis. And Labor has no plan to fix it.

04.01.2022 Today’s Labor State Budget has failed to address Victoria’s jobs crisis and deliver immediate jobs. Under Labor, the majority of those without a job today are l...ikely to remain without one for at least three years. The New South Wales budget delivered double the tax relief, which is what states can do when their governments haven’t blown the budget. Women have largely missed out with just 6,000 of the 146,500 women unemployed receiving any direct assistance. The budget confirms the Andrews Labor Government has no plan to address our biggest jobs crisis in a generation. With all the spending, debt and waste there are still not enough jobs to get those Victorians who have lost their jobs back to work. Only the Liberal Nationals have a positive plan to get Victoria back to work and back in business.

04.01.2022 Victorian Liberal Leader - Michael O'Brien MP, and Shadow Minister for Health, Georgie Crozier MP talk about hotel quarantine and the importance of getting quarantine right, Victoria's booze bus debacle, and international students returning to Victoria for study. #springst
