We are also going to incorporate the roof deck, which was in the original plans. See our buddy hanging out on the deck?

14.01.2022 Look ! We try to bring as much natural light as possible into our projects. This was a challenge for our Torbreck apartment renovation - there is no way to sneak a skylight into an apartment! Instead, we used brass shim at the end of the corridor to create a golden reflection of the view outside. A cost effective and beautiful solution!

14.01.2022 Our Toowong renovation is so close! Privacy screening is up this week, it’s angled to let the northern light in and focus the view to the garden . More site happy snaps to come!

07.01.2022 Our Toowong residence is on site! Here are some happy snaps from the model to get you all excited! Whats happening: Our clients ambition was to maintain a small footprint home to maximise the garden for their two young boys. The solution was to build-in-under, with a new extension to enhance connection to the backyard and provide privacy from neighbours. The master suite extension creates a double-height courtyard with roof garden, and layered planting provides a quiet ret...reat for parents to relax. Using ventilated skylights throughout, and transforming the sleep-out into a void over the living room, we are creating a light, breezy and comfortable home for all seasons. They travelled to Mossman, Cairns, Dimbulah and Mareeba, to show students what a career in architecture is like, how architects integrate technology (3D headset was a favourite) and what other career opportunities are possible in design and construction.
