18.01.2022 A little bit of advice I read a while back and try to live every day.... When you are hugging a child always be the last to let go. You never know how long they need it for. Never doubt the healing power of touch and physical connection. Bear hugs can fix so much... at any age x... How gorgeous is my eldest? 18.01.2022 And that is a wrap Roxby The time has come for me to say thank you and goodbye (for now). I have absolutely loved the last 5 years bringing kin balance to you... I first started learning kinesiology and energy healing to help my little fam, and to support Wes through chemo. But since I put it out to our awesome community 5yrs ago, I have been flooded with love and support ... Over 300 locals have come in for a balance (or multiple ) Booked out singing bowl classes On-site school clinics at Roxby and Woomera 35 wonderful ladies added to their toolbox in our Energy 101 course MC’d at International Womens Day Event Published author This year was part of the first Wellness hub in Roxby @redearthwellness Thank you for trusting me with your gorgeous children, with your secrets, worries and future goals. Nearly time for my fam to make the move the Adelaide, but for now I’m packing up the room and enjoying our last month in the town we call home x
12.01.2022 What a massive couple of weeks... 4 workshops Over 30 participants So many new learnings... Thank you to all the gorgeous women who attended our Energy 101 trainings. You all came with an open mind and jumped out of your comfort zones together. Left on a high every time and feeling hooked on teaching this beautiful modality. xx
07.01.2022 How are we all holding up in this crazy time? (Again) Went to visit and have a look at our new house for the first time on the weekend. Mid tour my youngest turns to me and says when are we going back to granny’s house? I need to lay down, I’m feeling a bit stressed poor love. Couldn’t lay down but could give him a big hug, go out the back with him, away from everyone and tell him that I was feeling the same and we could just sit for a min together till we felt a bit bett...er. Lots of change, lots of uncertainty in everyone’s world especially last couple of days in SA. Trust me kids are feeling/ hearing it all too. Be sure to check in, tell them it’s ok to feel whatever they are feeling and hug, sit or hold their NV points for as long as they need. Probs make you feel better too xx

03.01.2022 No power... no worries! I know some have travelled and cancelled work so they can come tomorrow. Never fear energy healing is old school so course still a go! BUT for those of you who can’t make it... keeping kids home etc don’t stress I will add another date for you on the same roster in the next month.
