22.01.2022 Carers play their part to protect and care for children and young people in our community by keeping children and young people safe and providing them with a safe space in which they can thrive and grow. Tonight our educators are all taking part in a child protection training, as they do every year. This will support them in being equipped with the most up to date Child Protection skills, enabling them to appreciate the importance of Child Protection, understand their legal... obligations in relation to providing Child Protection, recognize indicators of child abuse, and notify concerns appropriately. Keeping children safe is everybody's business.

16.01.2022 Through opportunities to observe and participate in social situations, children learn how conversation (and social interaction) works. Thus, the development of conversation and social skills is dependent upon opportunities for children to interact with peers and adults, as parts of supportive and enriching experiences.
