22.01.2022 Thank you for all your support in 2020. We look forward to growing our range of services in 2021. Our suite of programs: BOUNCE-CONNECT-DARE-PLAY- GROW-SHARE are shaping up nicely, and although we have had to put some of them on hold, it has meant that we have been put more time in other areas.

19.01.2022 Finishing Jack's mosaic teapot board for his Nan today. It's been a fun project. One more layer of resin to complete the task. Then wait for it to dry properly before Nan can use it.

19.01.2022 I have such admiration for Paul Woodhead and Circus West and the way they run their program. https://fb.watch/2Z2P96Duyj/ Watching these young people making their own choices in a safe and supported environment is just a delight to watch. I hope I get the opportunity to visit them again in the future.

18.01.2022 This is sooo true. Children work so hard all day at school, trying to regulate and manage their emotions, that means they often explode when they get home to their safe place and safe people. Feed them good food, hug them, let them rest, they are often exhausted.

15.01.2022 Ann is one of the most creative caring people I know. I love how she lets the music and the moment take her on a journey, and I am grateful that she invites us along for the ride. We look forward to doing some fun creative music therapy stuff with Ann in 2021.

15.01.2022 I've started using some key word signs with one of the kids I work with, and it's been amazing. Communication is so important. I wish that basic key word signs were taught from preschool onwards.

09.01.2022 Well worth sharing. At 40, Franz Kafka (1883-1924), who never married and had no children, walked through the park in Berlin when he met a girl who was crying b...ecause she had lost her favorite doll. She and Kafka searched for the doll unsuccessfully. Kafka told her to meet him there the next day and they would come back to look for her. The next day, when they had not yet found the doll, Kafka gave the girl a letter "written" by the doll saying, "Please don't cry. I took a trip to see the world. I will write to you about my adventures." Thus began a story which continued until the end of Kafka's life. During their meetings, Kafka read the letters of the doll carefully written with adventures and conversations that the girl found adorable. Finally, Kafka brought back the doll (he bought one) that had returned to Berlin. "It doesn't look like my doll at all," said the girl. Kafka handed her another letter in which the doll wrote: "My travels have changed me." The little girl hugged the new doll and brought her happily home. A year later Kafka died. Many years later, the now-adult girl found a letter inside the doll. In the tiny letter signed by Kafka it was written: "Everything you love will probably be lost, but in the end, love will return in another way."
