19.01.2022 Kind Choices is looking to now selling a wider range of fairtrade products and Australian made products or products that support smaller producers and artisans. To this end I have today introduced delicious chocolates by Alpha Confectionary who are located in Melbourne. I can truly vouch for their deliciousness and I don't think they are sold anywhere else on the Mornington Peninsula but at my stall at FLOCK of seagulls Rye! .... Robyn

16.01.2022 Although the Kind Choices stall at Rye has closed and the website it temporarily closed, a selection of products are still available and many are reduced in price (due to the fact there is no need for me to pay for a website or rental space). 15.01.2022 Many of us today will marvel at Joaquin’s well-deserved Oscar, and his acceptance speech that was sheer perfection. (It’s maybe not that surprising, though. The... guy does walk on water, after all). And as we celebrate his eloquence and bravery, it’s also worth remembering that YOU also demonstrate these qualities, every time you speak up for liberation. It doesn’t matter if it’s an audience of one or one hundred million - it takes courage to stand up for animals in a world that’s indifferent to their suffering.

The cafe, Three Knots, out the front, is open for take aways (lots of vegan options!) and items from the stalls (such as these fairtrade cotton carry-alls from Kind Choices) can be ordered and delivered for free locally and a small fee for customers further away. These beautiful bags are made by women at the Womens Skill Development Organisation in Nepal and brought to Australia by @GlobalConduct

11.01.2022 Australian store Flora and Fauna will take all manner of recyclables that you can't normally recycle at home. If you bundle up a box (see their website for info), they will give you $10 credit on your next purchase!

11.01.2022 Perhaps we need to read these stories and see them to remind ourselves that although we have short supply of some items, there are others who are way worse off and who are yet to face the full brunt of it. Let us be kind to those around us and have a thought for those in these predicaments.
