18.01.2022 Hey guys so tomorrow I am going to have surgery on my finger as I accidentally sliced my pinkie with a glass cup two weeks ago and caused a lot of damage. Tonight I got a aroma touch massage with Balance, Easy air, Elevation, Intune and Lavender essential oil. This is going to help my feeling of stress, anxiousness and help me get some sleep tonight. Wild Orange oil brings the perfect amount of bright zest to this tasty and fresh smoothie recipe. Enjoy in a tall glass or with fresh fruit as a breakfast smoothie bowl.... Ingredients 5 drops Wild Orange oil 1 cup frozen strawberries 1 cup frozen mango 1 cup pineapple juice Instructions Mix all ingredients in a blender. Pour and enjoy. 07.01.2022 Good Morning Everyone. Hope you all are having a good week and being safe considering what is happening at the moment. I know I've had a bit of a scare last week as i had to go take a COVID test and thankfully it came back negative. Aswell i had a massive allergic reaction and broke out in a massive rash behind my ears down the back of my neck and spreading to my face. It has been years since ive broke out like that. Turns out a face wash that ive been using is causing my f...ace to break out. To make sure it was that i used one of doterras' face scrubs and to my surprised i didn't come out of the shower itchy and red raw for once. I don't normally have sensitive skin so this is all a shock to me. From now on ill be using Doterras' daily skin care routine. Contact me if you want to know how to get your hands on these products. 06.01.2022 This morning i woke up with a stuffy nose, feeling like i was punched in the nose. My nose felt like it was blocked, i couldn't breathe, i kept having sneezing attacks and constantly blowing my nose and because of that my nose was irritated, red and itchy. I decided to make a capsule blend of, Lemon, Lavender, Eucalyptus and Roman Chamomile. Then after i took that i went to go for a shower and i put a drop of easy air in the drain to diffuse in the shower with the steam fro...m the water. I waited 10-15mins, i could feel my symptoms calming down. I then put Tea Tree, Easy air and Oregano in a ceramic bowl with coconut oil and put some on my forehead, bridge of my nose and put in my hands and inhaled it. I can now breathe through my nose and i do not feel like i was punched in my nose anymore. I don't feel the pressure in my sinuses anymore and the last time i sneezed was 15mins ago. Nikki xo
