21.01.2022 Preservatives are one of those things that are important in cosmetics. We can make them without them, but the way we use and store them would mean frequently rebuying due to bacteria and rancidity. Often Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and other antioxidants are commonly marketed as natural preservatives, but antioxidants don’t prevent bacteria from spoiling cosmetics. So when you see preservatives in our Liquid Soap or Lotions, realise they are important to keeping your goodies bacteria free and safe to use.

19.01.2022 INGREDIENT HIGHLIGHT: Castor Oil Castor Oil is made by cold-pressing the seeds of Ricinus communis (Castor Plant). This plant is unique in it contains high in ricinoleic acid, a fatty acid that has been shown to help reduce pain and inflammation in lab studies. ... It is a thick liquid and has been used in various industries including a lubricant for motor engines, medicinal use, as well as in cosmetics. It is often used in cosmetics in lotions, balms and cold process soap. In cold process soap it is often used to enhance lather. In lotions and balms it has anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and anti-oxidant properties to help acne prone skin and promoting skin elasticity. It's also often added to lip balms and lip gloss to give that glossy finish and feel.

16.01.2022 For those that don't know us yet, we are a small family business operating out of Beaudesert, QLD. We grow our own Microgreens, and sell DIY microgreen kits. We also make a small range of bar soaps, liquid foaming soap, bath bombs and body lotion. Each of our products is made with care by hand. We love our creations and want to share them with everyone. Without a store front and the local markets, this has obviously presented some challenges. However we do have some solution...s that may work for you. For now we can accept Paypal transfers or Paywave/Paypass payments. If you pay by Paypal, we can organise letterbox drop if you are within Beaudesert, Gleneagle area. Outside this area, we can arrange postage. If you want to pay by Paywave/Paypass, we can organise contactless pickup.

15.01.2022 After many months, we finally have confirmation the Beaudesert Markets will resume from September 5th. We are excited to see everyone again, providing COVID-19 doesn't cause us to go under restrictions again.

13.01.2022 These were so much fun to make. Just getting ready for Mothers day. A little treat for Mum. These were scented with Lavender and Peppermint Essential oils. Lavender is thought to aid in relaxation and peppermint is thought to help with headaches. Not only that, the blend smells great. Just what's needed after a day with kids.
