19.01.2022 Covid bought many things to the surface for us all. My view on this for my life was that it felt like a reset button. An opportunity to go within, to analyse the areas you wish to change or new beginnings you wish to create. It allowed me to release the old to allow the new, without going back to my default setting of What SHOULD I do?. The last few classes of our series fell right as we all went into lockdown and The relevance that it had at the time for us all was so ...pertinent, especially the 4th Yama, BHRAMACHARYA. This limb means Non-Excess and focus’ on different facets such as Celibacy, Unity & Conservation of our energy. It was at this point I did a check on my life, and took my own advise, asking. Where am I putting my energy? The last 7months gave me another reality check to never take a day for granted, to live my best life, whilst loving what I do. Making time for my family, making time for me too. I’ve had time to evaluate & implement many changes. One of these changes is to my evening classes. I’ve decided to condense the 2 locations together. Uniting Oyster Bay with Sylvania. Creating oneness and uniting as a bigger group. I’m sad to be leaving Oyster bay but grateful most of you will be joining us at Sylvania. Class will start back this Thursday 18/06/20 @7.30pm Please let me know if you will be attending so I can make sure we don’t go over the limit.
