14.01.2022 **MEET OUR TEAM** Sara is the lead educator/2IC in the Junior Kindy 1 room. She holds her diploma in early childhood education and has been working at the centre since it opened in 2017, but has worked for the company for almost 7 years. Jenny is the lead educator/2IC in the Pre-Kindy room. Jenny holds her diploma in early childhood education and has been working at our wonderful centre since we opened in October 2017. Bronwyn is the lead educator in the Junior Kindy 2 room ...and holds her certificate 3 in early childhood, she is almost finished studying her diploma in early childhood education too. Bronwyn started at the centre not long after we opened in 2017 Belinda is our Teacher here at Kindy Zone; she has been here since opening. Belinda holds her bachelor in early childhood education and has been teaching children for 14 years. See more

11.01.2022 The Kindy children opened up their hair salon this morning, they were very busy with making appointments by phone then adding them into the computer, styling hair and cutting hair. The waiting room was always full of customers reading magazines and being very patient. Our hair salon will be closed this weekend and reopening Monday so be quick to book an appointment.

05.01.2022 Over the weeks the kindergarten children at our centre have been participating in turtle talks with Miss Coleen from the turtle centre. Kindy Zone management purchased the beautiful story of Ella’s Adventures for our Kindergarten room to extend on in their program. Ella's book is inspired by a real story, a green sea turtle rescued in Cairns, far north Queensland in the Great Barrier Reef. She has been successfully treated by Cairns Rehabilitation Centre on Fitzroy Island.... Ella was different, with a big personality, and she loved to be a photo model. Books develop and nourish childrens’ imaginations, expanding their worlds. Picture books introduce young children to the world of art and literature. Books inform our imaginations, inspiring creativity. Books let children try on the world before they have to go out into it. Books give children an opportunity to experience something in their imaginations before it happens to them in real life. See more
