21.01.2022 KINESIOLOGIST with Coaching experience Isn't it that we human always want the quick, fast way. The quick fix in healing. Give me the answer and who knows the answer, must be the cheef :D. Someone to hold on for when we are feeling weak. To later realise we actually wanted something else deep inside of us. ... What if I tell you that all your answers are lying within yourself. What if I am telling you that you "should" stop searching in the outside world. When you "should" start trusting your own intuition again, like a child: NO don't want that! That nature, mother earth grows slowely. That you "should" give yourself that time to reconnect, to not rush. We are all so individual beautifully different that what's right for someone, is never right for someone else. This is why as a Kinesiologist as I am, I will NEVER give you advice or tell you how life should work, I lead you into a direction where you will reconnect to your innerself, where you start feeling, where you might feel triggered, happy, angry, sad, relaxed... but you will feel for sure and that will bring you to your own deep thruth . You reconnection to your intuition. This is how I work . So don't be disappointed if you don't get an advice from me. Who am I to tell you? Aren't you as smart, powerful, connected and worthy just as I am?! You know your own truth better than I do and if I tell you different then I am using power over you. The most sad destinies I have seen with people who had the biggest, most precious hearts, but looked always first for the others than themselves - YOU CAN if your cup is full and the people you serve are full of love and honesty. But be careful if you are empty and you only see good where there is not only good. You know to whom this can happen? To people who were treated bad as a child by their parents or grandparents (people of trust), then we are programmed like: this is love. Watch out later who you serve please. You are always first . 12.01.2022 Selfworth As always I couldn‘t let go until I figured it out ... very good for relationships, but also parents to know... Mums who don‘t give themselves their worthiness, bring up girls who either repeat or don‘t want to commit to men, to stay in their power. ... Mums who don‘t live in their worthiness, bring up boys who either don‘t allow women their worth (often unwanted, just because they only know this women/men picture in their heads) or become even sometimes men with a low selfworth, as they so much felt their mum. These men sometimes control women later, to not feel totally powerless. Women who give themselves their worth, look better after themselves and their family (food, care, health). Their girls become strong and healthy, they usually do not fall into a low selfworth issues. The boys of these Mums know how to treat women and that they are worthy. Same for men, a father who knows his selfworth, can let his wife live and respect in her selfworth even power. Very good example for the children. The girl gets to see how a man is supposed to treat her later and a boy knows how to live with selfworth and how to treat women. That‘s a generation changer guys Things went often wrong in the past when it came to this subject. Be the better version . How to change it? Inner work .
