19.01.2022 What you put into your body, such as your thoughts, nutrition, water, rest etc is controlled by you. Next week I will start a learning jouney with the Institute of Psychology of Eating. An 8 week course "Transform your relationship with Food" to gain more of an understanding into the psychology behind: foods we choose to eat; body image issues, eating disorders and more. I am very excited to add more to my skill set, offering more to my clients in clinic and online.
