Before starting all mums will have an assessment and during this consultation abdominal separation will be assessed and pelvic floor/inner core activation will be taught. 16.01.2022 Important update: We are open for business! Accredited Exercise Physiologist’s are classified as an Essential Service. Due to the COVID19 our dedicated team have been working hard setting up and providing Telehealth consultations from the comfort of your own home. Telehealth is a phone or video consultation through your smart phone or laptop.... Where Telehealth cannot be used for some clients we will be providing those clients with in person treatments at our clinic. For extra health and safety we have decided at this stage to only have one client in the clinic at a time. We are also continuing to provide high hygiene and cleaning standards in our clinic and keeping a safe social distance to minimise risk. If any clients are displaying flu like symptoms and have an in person booking with us, we do ask that you please reschedule your appointment to a later date. We are keeping up to date with Government guidelines and directions during this pandemic and look forward to continue working and looking after your health conditions and reach your goals through our Exercise Physiology services. Alex is passionate about using exercise as a form of rehabilitation for a variety of chronic conditions varying from musculoskeletal, metabolic and neurological. Alex has a particular interest in sport and using exercise to improve physical performance as well as a form of rehabilitation in regards to sporting injuries. Outside of work Alex enjoys playing football which he plays locally, traveling, keeping fit and spending time with his partner and also friends and family.

Lauren has a strong passion in using Exercise as Medicine to treat back injuries/conditions. She also has a keen interest in Women’s Health especially pregnancy and post-natal care prescribing specific safe exercises during each stage or using Exercise as Medicine to treat any associated conditions experienced such as pelvic girdle pain, sciatica. Outside of work Lauren enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three children or catching up with friends for a coffee and playdate. We assess your inner core activation, muscle imbalances, posture and any musculoskeletal concerns. We teach anatomy and function of the pelvic floor and how to successfully activate your pelvic floor and inner core muscle. Megan is currently on maternity leave after having her baby girl last December but will be returning to Kinetic Exercise Physiology next month. Megan loves the variety that comes with our work but has a passion for helping clients to love exercise and how to use it to improve their function and quality of life, especially those living with chronic pain, degenerative conditions and the elderly. Outside of work Megan enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as running, walking the dog and playing netball.

He finds it especially rewarding working with patients to treat their shoulder pain, chronic long term injuries, and improving diabetes and heart health. Outside of work, Tom continues his passion for exercise and enjoys playing tennis, golf, going to the gym, spending time down the river and with his family.
