05.01.2022 Hey guys, we are currently looking at ordering a shipment of protein. Would any of you guys be interested? Protein is a blend of WPI/WPC, available in 4 different flavours. Choc,Vanilla, Stawberry and Banana. Profile looks good and is low carb. I will be sampling it over the next couple weeks and will give feed back. Cost will be $100 for 4kg. 02.01.2022 SUPPLEMENT OF THE WEEK: Scivation Xtend. Ok guys, supplement of the week is Scivation Xtend Intra workout supplement. I have always been a bit skeptical of these type of supplements but decided to give this one a shot. I have been using this for approx 3 months with good results. This is no preworkout so dont expect to be blown away by stims. This is a intraworkout sup and contains BCAA's and L-Glutamine and no sugar, and should be consumed throughout your workout. With this sup I found I was less sore the following days and also help maintain some vascularity, Taste: 9/10, Mixability: 9/10, Effectiveness: 8/10, Cost: 8/10 OVERALL 8/10. I highly recommend this product and for the price of around $70 it will last forever.
