17.01.2022 How to do an Aerial Cartwheel (see below!) . Prerequisites: 1. Two-hand cartwheel 2. One-hand cartwheel ... 3. Block cartwheel (Make sure these skills are solid. Perfection before progression ) . Progressions to Practice: 1. Practise single-leg jump drills ~ push through through the feet! 2. Back/Arabesque kicks ~ Keep them strong and powerful! 3. Block your hurdle ~ (We use step hop retire) Arms to your ears in the retire and swing them through to the arabesque keeping the chest high 4. Hurdle cartwheel 5. Hurdle Block cartwheel 6. Hurdle Block one-arm cartwheel . Once you have all those perfected, ATTEMPT the Aerial :) . Remember: 1. Chest up 2. Eyes up 3. Preparation is everything. 4. He started training as a Hip Hop dancer in 2014 with some of Australia’s best Hip Hop crews, accomplishing many achievements at World’s Hip Hop International and World Supremacy Battlegrounds. ... He has been privileged to have performed for Justice Crew, Ciara, Chloe Dalimore and Bobby Fox, Choreagraphed by William Alexander Forsythe, the Voice channel Nine, Disney Chanel, Carols in the Domain alongside Paulini and Lucy Durack. Rennard Is currently a representative at JR Management and continues to broaden his passion and knowledge. Rennard specialises in Hip-hop and teaches many age groups ranging from Kinder to Senior classes.
