25.01.2022 What an epic grading by our Sr. belt Condors +1 Eagle. 1/8/20 saw some very high kicks, high falls and complicated lock flows. I see more than a few black belts in the making....

25.01.2022 In the afternoon the second Eagles grading on August 1st did not disappoint as Master Trent remarked several times on the high standard of these mighty little Hapkidoists.

25.01.2022 Inspired by Tom, one of our talented young Lego masters, we remembered this Lego version of the Cronulla dojang that was put together last year. We would love to see what you could create showing us your version of the Helensburgh dojang and submit your photos to us so we can share them. If you don't have any Lego, why not send us a drawing of the dojang instead. Looking forward to seeing your creations!

25.01.2022 Congratulations to our very own Mr Daniel Brightman on his grading from brown to red belt and finishing his grading with this stunning 540 tornado wood break!

25.01.2022 I would like to present the Eagles gradings photos from 14/11/2020 and say a special thanks to Diamond and Pip for assisting us and taking all of these great shots. Also as usual a huge thanks to Master Trent and the rest of the crew, Sir P, Sir Andy, Brightman, Broski, Lucas, Jorja and Georgia who give their time to assist with the grading process and are there supporting these kids all the way through. Sir Shamus

25.01.2022 No Zoom classes this afternoon/Tonight. Enjoy the night off, see you on the virtual mats tomorrow! (and the real mats soon after that)

24.01.2022 Great to see so many smiling faces today at the Hwarang, we had a blast! There was loads of fun, good technical improvements with plenty of signatures earned and now we all know how to properly fold our uniforms. Big thanks to Sir Tolmie, The Broski, Georgia and Jorja for all of your hard work to help make it happen.

24.01.2022 The first Condors grading of the day August 1st. They all worked hard and earned their belts through sweat and determination! You all made me so proud.

22.01.2022 KABOOM!!!! We are excited to announce Kinetic will be returning to safely adjusted physical training on the 13th of June! + Some potential ZOOM training to continue... which classes are you enjoying most?

22.01.2022 Well 2020 is a wrap! Great to see so many of the Kinetic crew who came out and trained with us on our last day of the year. We would like to say a massive thank you for everyone's efforts in getting through this challenging year together. See you on the mats in 2021. Sir Shamus

19.01.2022 It is hard to contain the excitement.

19.01.2022 As 2020 comes to a close we would like to take a moment to celebrate the achievements of others in our environment. Great work Bree, Jemma and Kaelan. Also a massive shout out to Keegan, Dom, and Kitty for being chosen by your peers for leadership roles in your school. Very proud, Sir Shamus

18.01.2022 We are all made from iron but only when we turn up our inner fire do we forge ourselves into steel. Not yet adults but no longer children the Condors brought the fire. A big thanks to Joanne and Kathy for your help with the photos. Sir Shamus

18.01.2022 Adults Hapkido grading in Helensburgh after a light warm up on August 1st. Great effort by all and an eye opener for some, welcome to the journey.

18.01.2022 The first Eagles grading of the day on August 1st. Great work kids and congratulations to Tom and Quinn headed up to the Condors group.

18.01.2022 Tom and Oliver looking just a bit sweaty after their grading in Cronulla yesterday. Well done to both of you, excellent work on your grading to orange belt.

17.01.2022 FFTF, Cam, Yinna, Emma and Annette powered through the last grading of the day on 1/8/20! Campbell and Yinna had the most impressive turning kick-burpees I have ever seen and held form throughout the entire warmup! Everyone gave their best and I am so proud. A massive thank you to Master Trent, Sir Roger, Sir Chris, and all of the stellar Kinetic crew who always give their time to help make these events possible. Also to Jessee and his family who drove all the way down from the central coast to support Mr Fish Hapkido.

17.01.2022 Wow, when you can't get to the dojang, make the dojang come to you!!!

16.01.2022 We could not be prouder of the dedication and effort that many of our students have put into their training and development on our online classes through these trying times. During all hours of the day and night these people have chosen to train hard, progress, and thrive. This is only a small sample but have a close look at the number of virtual classes done by these students highlighted in orange. You know who you are legends and we just wanted to share your story as an inspiration to others showing that obstacles are only what you make of them.

15.01.2022 And finally there were the adults who had to dig deep... It's always great to see the support team come together and help each other through the trials of grading. Thank You Sir, Sir Andy, Sir P, Yinna, Jay, Stoj, Georgia, Jorja, Hunter, Geoff, Kaelan, Emma and Lucy.

14.01.2022 There are many people who devote their time and energy that all contribute greatly to the smooth running and success of our Kinetic gradings. As always a huge thank you to Master Trent for his quick turn around, conducting the gradings in Wadalba on Friday night and then arriving early Saturday morning for the Helensburgh gradings. Thank you to his family for being so generous and understanding with his time. Sir Andy, Ma'am Jess, Sir Dima, thank you for your help and suppor...t on the panel and the floor. Steve, Marco, Alison, Lisa and Sarah thank you for all of the great photos. The Kinetic Crew: Brightman, Jarrod, Mathew (Broski), Jorja, Hunter, Jay, Maria, Cass, Maya, Casey and Jenson thank you for your assistance. And of course to all of the training partners, Kinetic team members, parents and extended family who came from around the area and beyond to support the those who graded thank you.

13.01.2022 Its that time of year again... 22 Jan will be our next Kids Hwarangs. See blue book for details.

13.01.2022 Dom working hard to perfect the elusive Sausage Roll.

12.01.2022 It's always fun to watch these kids push themselves to a higher level.

12.01.2022 When you are tall, but not quite tall enough....

11.01.2022 A quick look at our first week back in the dojang.

05.01.2022 I get a lot of parents who ask me how to tie their child's belt. Here is a video you can show your kids so they can learn to tie their own belt. Good luck! Sir Shamus

04.01.2022 The 6:00 am Saturday morning stretch sessions with Master Trent are so good that every member of our family gets in on the action. Why not join us next time?

03.01.2022 What is that old saying, like father like son?

02.01.2022 What we did together... Well done to all Kinetic students and instructors on all you have accomplished so far!

02.01.2022 Over the past week we have been making a few upgrades at the Dojang in preparation for our opening on the 13th. Thanks to those who popped in to lend a hand or bring a coffee and a big thanks to the leadership team for coming in and helping to shine the place up.

01.01.2022 An update from Master Trent with what’s happening next!

01.01.2022 Happy Australia Day! No classes on today, see you back on the mats Thursday. Sir Shamus
