They're important though, because they allow us to work backwards and formulate small goals....a road map to achieving our end goal These small goals are the key, they give us the ability to achieve now, to feel good about ourselves, to inspire and motivate us to continue on. If you walk just 100 steps per hour for 10 hours each day....... Thats 10,000 steps per day...70,000 steps per week...303,000 per month and finally a whopping 3,640,000 steps per year (which is the equivalent of about 2,520 kilometers) To be clear....our point here is not about getting your steps up. It's about achieving small goal, after small goal as stepping stones to an overarching goal
