25.01.2022 Kinetix would like to advise our customers of a suspected fibre optic break effecting our services between Wagga and Sydney. We are working with our upstream supplier to get internet services resumed as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience while we work as quickly as possible to get services resumed. We are awaiting a timeframe to be provided but will provide updates as they become available. 8.27pm - Internet is up again. We are awaiting advice from backhaul provider on stability of link repair.
