24.01.2022 In other non TR versions, this issue is often overshadowed by the massive amount of omissions in the text. Because the KJV 2016 is not dealing with issues of omission and addition, the focus has been upon definition, and the KJV translators choices have been used as the benchmark. One issue not often majored upon in the bible version debate is simply the way Greek words are defined. Many times, the NKJV leans upon the definition choices of modern versions as well as defaultin...g to Vines and Strong's definitions, which are almost always favorable to the Revised Version. In other words, one may have a correct text to translate from, but use erroneous modern version/modern dictionary definitions which change or distort the meaning of the words. Jay Green was accused of having a good TR bible but with "Alexandrian readings". The KJV 2016 Edition rejects such erroneous modern definitions and restores the distinctness of historical KJV readings. The NKJV also tended to gravitate toward KJV marginal notes, which are in truth, rejected readings, and also toward Geneva Bible definitions, which the KJV had already cleared up. www.kjv.org.au

03.01.2022 So at 31:45 in the video, James White begins to talk about the Ecclesiastical Text and eventually shows some videos, which are unrelated to me (although he trie...d to team us up together), but he mentions how he was approached by me in Brisbane and that I gave him the article concerning Revelation 16:5 in print form, and how he simply refused to accept it. He actually lied and had told me to my face that they would not allow it on the plane, which was weird seeing he had just received a football jumper that he was taking to NZ with him. He claimed that he simply just refused it, but he clearly said to my face that he would not be allowed to take it onto the plane and it would be refused. Later he claims that people like "us" never debate people, or offer a meaningful apologetic blah, blah. He specifically said that "they don't go out and debate other world religions...they have a narrow proselytizing focus". Strangly, even the guys who hosted the conference he spoke at in Brisbane know me and the guys I am with and how we are constantly debating other world religions. But I guess it is just another slander to add to the ever growing list from White.
