12.01.2022 Wow how lucky were we to have a surprise visit for well known published author Deano Yipadee My favourite book of his was Stinosaurous- but now want to collect all of his books- which also come with Cd It was amazing that he offered to grab his guitar out of his car to read/sing one of his books Our munchinks where in the middle of their afternoon tea but all were so transfixed on Deano that arvo tea got a little postponed Looking forward to seeing him again in February as I am booking him in for his full show

10.01.2022 What a fantastic day - so much fun dressing up and sharing books A huge shout out to our wonderful educators for all dressing up and helping all of our gorgeous munchkins to have an awesome experience

09.01.2022 Miss Kirby and her Prekindy/kindy munchkins had so much fun again today. 'We read wombat stew and then made wombat stew inspired paintings. So the kids decided what they could put in their ‘stews’ and then went outside and found it themselves ' And we loved watching the imagination and creativity of our munchkins- they were so excited to chat about their creations and relive the story

07.01.2022 So with all the rain around, but our munchkins dying to get outside this afternoon- we spent some time out on our front verandah drawing and creating with large size chaulk on the concrete. It was exciting to see all stages of 'scribble ' and beginning to recognise shapes and colours as well as our older children practising writing their own names, and practising their numbers. So much learning within this 'play' time
