23.01.2022 It's a sad day for Kingaroy Refrigeration today as we farewell Mitch as he embarks on a big move to the Gold Coast. On behalf of Rod and Donna and all the team we wish him well! Mitch's mischievousness will be missed around the Workshop and Lunch Room

22.01.2022 Kingaroy Refrigeration & Air Conditioning would like to wish all our customers a very Merry Christmas. Our workshop will close on Friday the 20th of December 2019 for 2 weeks, re-opening on Monday 6th of January 2020. We do have on-call Technicians available during this time for Emergency Breakdowns by calling our regular phone number 4162 4707 and following the prompts.

21.01.2022 HE DID IT! Congratulations to Jack Doggett on completing his four year Refrigeration Mechanic apprenticeship with us at Kingaroy Refrigeration. Jack is a hard worker and always willing to get in and get the job done. He is currently still preparing to compete in the WorldSkills National Tournament later this year. We are very proud to be able to support this local young man in acquiring his trade.

21.01.2022 We have finally completed the refrigerated pipework and unit installation at the new Kingaroy Hospital. Commissioning was carried out last week and was given the tick of approval. A very neat and professional look, so congratulations to all of the boys who worked on site. Dane Bloomfield was onsite and in charge for the duration of the project and 2nd year apprentice Cameron Rutledge only missed a few weeks while at college. 4th year apprentice Jakeob Hosking was also a major contributor to the job. What a great experience it was working on this large project for our young crew!! Congratulations boys on a job well done!!!

18.01.2022 COVID 19 Business Impact Update The full team at Kingaroy Refrigeration & Air Conditioning has met to discuss the impact of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) on our business. We are committed to ensuring our business continues whilst also providing a safe working environment for our staff and our customers. ... With this in mind, Kingaroy Refrigeration & Air Conditioning has implemented the following policies effective immediately: We are calling ahead to our customers prior to attending confirmed appointments. We will comply with all customer requests for non-attendance. We have provided hand sanitizing products to our employees and have increased the frequency of office cleaning. We have asked staff to follow the World Health Organisation recommended health procedures to help prevent the spread of the virus, including correct and regular hand washing, social distancing and covering coughs/sneezes. Any employees who return from overseas countries will be required to self-isolate for 14 days. We will continue to closely monitor the ongoing situation and will change our policies as necessary to follow all government mandated instructions.

16.01.2022 An exciting milestone for Cameron and Dylan our First Year Apprentices today with them receiving their own personalised Toolbag full of Tools from our Service Manager Gary. Rod & Donna provide all Kingaroy Refrigeration Apprentices with a full set of Tools in their first year.

12.01.2022 Managers Chris Schultz and Gary Lenkeit and the rest of the crew at Kingaroy Refrigeration are very pleased to welcome Cooper Bosel to our team in 2021 as a first year apprentice Refrigeration Mechanic. We look forward to seeing great things from this local young man.

10.01.2022 POSITION VACANT Part time bookkeeper for approx 20 hours per week. Flexible hours. Opportunity to increase hours and take on higher duties assisting current managers. Duties of this position include:... Payroll via MYOB single touch payroll system including preparation of annual payment summaries. Preparation and lodgement of BAS, Payroll Tax Returns, Superannuation Lodgement. Debt Collection. Customer Invoicing and pricing (shared with other admin officer). Review of monthly expenses. Assist with customer relations including relief on reception and phone. As mentioned this position has flexible hours and there is the opportunity in this position to increase hours and also take on higher duties including assisting the current management team. This would also include a wage increase. Kingaroy Refrigeration distributes performance based bonuses to staff depending on company profits. 03.01.2022 Thank you to the building company WHF Pty Ltd for using the locals to install the air conditioning and mechanical services in the new IGA tenancies. Kingaroy Refrigeration is proud of the top class installation carried out so far by tradesman, Dane Bloomfield and apprentice, Jakeob Hosking. We are half way through the project and it looks great.
