19.01.2022 What a strange feeling! After 4145 days (that's 11 years, 4 months and 7 days) I walked out of King Bean yesterday for the last time. What an experience it has ...been! As well as the luxury of owning and running my own business the way that I wanted to and knowing that plenty of other people enjoy things the way I do too, it has been a great experience, a learning curve and a pleasure to meet and get to know so many lovely and interesting people; to work with them; to serve them and to help celebrate a wide range of different special occasions. I am proud of what we achieved and walk away knowing that I put in my best efforts. To all the staff, long and short serving, a big THANK YOU. Without you all, we couldn't have done what we did so well and I wish you all the very best in all you do post King Bean. To all the customers and Wantirna Mall traders who supported us, some 7 days a week from the day we opened, joined in the footy tipping, came to our music afternoons etc; THANK YOU. To all the tradies, entertainers and suppliers who helped us; THANK YOU.
