25.01.2022 Bye Bye Coffee! Now not every spill comes up this well but this is a great example of what is possible when you use a reliable carpet cleaner with the right gear! No filters, no gimmicks.

24.01.2022 We are starting to get call outs to flooded homes and obviously there will be a lot more to come. At this time it is not safe for our Techs to be driving around suburbs and until the water stops coming down there us not a lot we can start extracting or drying. Please where possible contact your insurer as soon as you can or if this is not appropriate then contact us directly. Be safe, do not use any electrical outlets that are water affected and once the water subsides and the roads are safe we will start helping as many people as possible.

We are receiving all our jobs via email so for be assured of your Real Estate or Insurance company has lodged a work request with us it is on the list for an attendance. If you are needing assistance at this point you need to lodge a claim with your Insurer so that your job can be allocated. If you do not have Insurance then please send us an email request and we can queue it for an attendance and get back to you with an ETA.

It made my night to head down there and see all the amazingly creative entries, picking winners was very difficult!! What better way to start a month than fostering and rewarding creativity....well done to all

19.01.2022 Hard to believe it has been 12 months since our 2018 flood event! I know of at least 2 or 3 families that are still not back in their homes due to building repairs which shows just how long these events can impact after the initial dry out is done. This is a really good graphic from Cleansafe with some starting pointers if you have a water damage event in your home. Never forget that it is always safety first and if you are unsure it is OK to do nothing and call a professional, your Insurer or your Real Estate.

17.01.2022 Wowsers! What a crazy 48hrs! We are doing our very best to get to all of the flooded homes coming through to us. We are attending properties in 24 - 48hrs at the moment and some jobs are HUGE. 11.01.2022 Hi Everyone, an update on where things are for us in the midst of Covid-19. We are still operational albeit with some changes. As of today I have closed my office to the public and we are minimising staff traffic in our office and warehouse to keep us all safe and operational in the event of any transmission progression in our community. There is still a rug drop off and pick up service at our warehouse in Kingston. All the instructions are on the door and I am onsite and onl...y a phone call away. For all bookings please see the following requirements, you will also receive this in an sms: 1. Please be mindful of social distance measures when dealing with our Technicians. 2. Please isolate yourself to one area of your home whilst our Technician carries out his work. 3. Please be prepared to pay our office over the phone on the day rather than our Technician taking your payment. 4. You must disclose any recent travel or illness at the time of booking. Our Technician can leave site at any point if he feels there has not been an honest communication. Please be honest. 5. Weather permitting please have windows open and clean air flow in the house. These measures allow us to still do our job whilst keeping you and our staff safe. Due to our ability to carry out site decontamination and sanitisation works in the event of an emergency it is important we do everything we can to protect our staff and their families so that we can continue to provide a service to you and the community. Being able to support school activities in our local community is so much fun, especially when it is encouraging creativity and innovation. Get down to Blackmans Bay Primary School Twilight Fair this Friday the 3rd of November to check out the entries in the KCC Lego Competition and lots of other activities, a great evening for you and the kids organised by the Blackmans Bay Primary School Parents and Friends Association!!
