22.01.2022 Hi All, The year 2020 has been unique, interesting and challenging. We have lived through a global pandemic, the ramifications of which continue to impact our lives. We have witnessed the best of humanity as communities came together and helped to care for the vulnerable and those who needed to shield. We have seen the worst of humanity as racism cost lives and led to violent protests by demonstrators from varying viewpoints and then if the pandemic wasn’t enough we had the U...S election and our AFL name sake Richmond won again! All of this has combined to both exhilarate and exhaust us throughout this year. 2020 will go down as a year to forget and we can only hope that 2021 is not as tumultuous, time will tell. Time to take some time out and spend quality time with your families and friends over a Christmas season in Tasmania, that won’t be too different to previous, unless you have relatives from NSW that were intending to come. We have certainly been lucky down here in Tasmania and most certainly we are the envy of the nation, if not the world. As the year comes to and end lets all reflect on those that we have lost and those we love and spend time with our friends as we get closer to a bright New year and hopefully some relative normality in a world that has certainly changed. On behalf of the Board of the Tigers, I just wanted to thank each and every one of you for your support in a very different, difficult and trying year. Those lucky enough to get a break over Christmas, enjoy, but most importantly be thankful for those around you and share some special times in the weeks ahead. Some of us will feel relieved, some sad, some happy and some a little too happy but at the end of the day be proud that as a member of the Tiger family we got through a bloody tough one together. Once again THANK YOU for your support of the Tigers this year everyone and Merry Christmas to all and your families, stay safe, stay positive and see you in the NEW YEAR at the Footy. GO Tigers 2021 - Paul Gadomski - President

21.01.2022 What a great acknowledgement that this amazing and wonderful person has her story told on the National media stage. It goes without saying that the Kingborough Tigers Sports club would not be where it is today without Edna’s countless hours of volunteering and fundraising. In Tigerland we don't think Edna is a close second to Santa ...in our eyes there will only be one Edna and she's number one! Excited for the return of Edna's post-match raffle in season 2021!

18.01.2022 TIGERS RUN OFF TO CHRISTMAS BREAK. After the completion of the first series of December pre-season skills and conditioning sessions the Tigers will now take a break to enjoy Christmas with their families and friends. A terrific effort by those players getting in the early work in preparation for the 2021 season. A reminder that pre-season training sessions will be re-introduced on Wednesday 6th and Thursday 7th January 2021. To all the dedicated players at Tigerland stay safe and well this Christmas.
