24.01.2022 The heart of KCLC is to provide an engaging and transitional safe haven for the youth in our Community. We currently recognise the need for young men, aged between 12 and 20, who may be struggling to gain the life skills and confidence necessary to thrive in the work force and ultimately the future of our communities. As a single mum, who has personally struggled to engage with the counterintuitive needs of my son, the potential for this organisation is an unraveling answer to prayer. Please like and Share, so that we can continue to build awareness.

07.01.2022 KCLC has welcomed and recruited our first apprentice, who has very quickly embraced his role as a Kingdom builder. We are excited to be paying him an apprentice wage for the 2 days that he works along side our team, as well as committing to schooling and education the other three days. We look forward to the days ahead that will see many more youth, benefiting from our Kingdom Community Life justice project. Our beautiful Andora, is also leading a team of her own youth as... well as Logan Youth Justice into some purpose driven work for our justice project markets. We would also like to welcome on board our new Supervisor, who has taken up residence on our property along with 2 other helpers, who were previously homeless. These guys have keenly maintained our property, helped in various projects and provided us with much needed on site security. The property in itself is a work in progress. To date, what was once unlivable, has now been cleaned up, approved and funded by Pastor Peter to fit new plumbing in the bathrooms and carpet on the floors. Painting is also required for the kitchen and the rest of the house. Aunty Vi, is adhering to the lock down requirements, and working from home. We are all grateful for the zealous and healthy volunteers who have continued to soldier on during this health crisis, and welcome your prayer and support as we pursue this cause to provide our training ground and safe haven for the vast number of youth that need it. 03.01.2022 We would like to welcome on board the newest additions to our team, who have been volunteering their time, helping to raise funds, moving us closer towards the renovations of our property in Logan. We have gained much ground, sorting and sifting donated stock, building a dedicated team, and have also recruited the interest of generous contributors, such as Westpac Bank, who have initiated a $2500 deposit into the opening of our justice project account. Thank you to all who ha...ve been involved in the preparations of this valuable project. We are another step closer to providing our safe haven and training ground for the youth in our community. It takes a community to raise a child The Road ahead is looking promising, but we can’t do this alone. KCLC welcomes anyone who would like to share in our vision.
