19.01.2022 TOKYO 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games Update: CHILDREN For guests that were planning on travelling to the Games with the smallest of spectators, that being any child under 24 months for the policy of "No ticket needed - infant on lap", please be aware of an update to the TOCOG policy for children.... If a child is now UNDER 3 years of age on the day they enter the venue, they do not require a ticket and can be infant on lap (increased from 2 years of age). Please be aware that your child will not be allocated a seat and will be required to stay on the lap of an Adult ticket holder. Please see the notification under General Tickets. This is an alteration and a change of the terms and conditions of ticket use issued by TOCOG. COVID-19 COUNTERMEASURES AND ENTRY VISA Later this week we will have a major email update for all existing clients that have made a purchase to Tokyo 2020. 17.01.2022 Important Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games Update: We refer to the overnight announcement in the Japanese media regarding the decision of the Japanese Government to restrict the attendance of international spectators to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2021. As a result of this decision, Tokyo 2020 Organising Committee has announced that both the Olympic and Paralympic Games scheduled for July until September this year will be held without international ...spectators. 16.01.2022 Important Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games update The possibility of a postponement of the Olympic and Paralympic Games is now being discussed by all stakeholders and a decision will be made soon. Whilst the uncertainly is not ideal, the health and safety of our guests and their ability to travel to the Games is paramount to us.... Also the health and safety of our staff and volunteers that work tirelessly over the days leading to the Games as well as during the event itself is of our utmost importance. At this time we have been repeatedly advised by Tokyo 2020 that they are still proceeding with the opening of the Olympic Games on Friday 24th July 2020 and the Paralympic Games on Tuesday 25th August 2020, and that cancellation is not an option. However, in this very fluid environment, if anything changes we will let all of our guests know as quickly as possible. 15.01.2022 Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games ticket holders: We are pleased to advise we have been provided a new ticket only return window period for those travellers that can no longer make it to Tokyo 2020. Please find the updated policy and options via the following link. https://tokyo.kingdomsg.com/postponed The deadline to confirm is 7 December 2020 via email [email protected]... It is very important to understand that this offer being made to international ticket holders by TOCOG is above, beyond and separate to the terms and conditions of the ticketing program which remain valid. TOCOG have indicated that they will in turn refund us any FACE VALUE amount for all tickets returned by 6 December 2021. Whist this refund date might seem excessive, it is what is being offered and you as the ticket holder need to weight up this option prior to deciding if you no longer wish to have the tickets you have purchased. To be clear, this refund will be processed once we receive the funds back from Tokyo 2020, who have indicated it will be settled 90 days POST Closing Ceremony of the Paralympic Games. This is up to a one year wait for your refund, but again will be processed earlier if returned to us earlier. As an Australian based business in Sydney, we are proud of what the world was able to witness and will forever remember the Games of Sydney 2000 with much adornment and pleasurable memories.

14.01.2022 Important Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games Announcement Dear Valued Clients, As many of you are undoubtedly aware of by now, overnight the International Olympic Committee and the Japanese Government made a statement about postponing the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games and also as a result the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games.... In a joint press release, the President of the IOC and the Japanese Prime Minister stated:- In the present circumstances and based on the information provided by the WHO today, the IOC President and the Prime Minister of Japan have concluded that the Games of the XXXII Olympiad in Tokyo must be rescheduled to a date beyond 2020 but not later than summer 2021, to safeguard the health of the athletes, everybody involved in the Olympic Games and the international community. At this immediate time, the exact date of the postponed Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games has not been announced, but there appears to be a general expectation that the postponement will be for literally 12 months with the Games to commence at the same time in July 2021 and with the same program. However, at this time, we are unable to confirm the exact dates and the program, but anticipate being in a position to do so shortly. We shall monitor the situation closely and ensure that we continue to liaise with Tokyo 2020 to provide you with updated information and continue to work in the best interests of our clients in respect of the postponed program. The postponement has been welcomed and fully supported by all National Olympic Committees, National Paralympic Committees, Sporting federations and other stakeholders relating to the Games who are collectively committed to ensure that Tokyo 2020 will be the best Games ever staged despite the unfortunate postponed due to Covid-19. It is important to note that Tokyo 2020 have now updated their website to advise that ticket holders are bound by the terms and conditions entered into with each ATR due to the complexities of diff...erent laws in different countries. Separate to the above deadline, if future changes are made by TOCOG, any affected clients will receive communication from our team on the options that will be made available to them. Some changes that we might anticipate include 1. Venue changes made by TOCOG 2. Dramatic (more than one day) schedule changes made by TOCOG 3. 11.01.2022 Whilst we look forward to Tokyo 2020 going back on sale in July / August this year, we look ahead to the new Aquatics Venue for Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games which has just been announced as the winning tender.

08.01.2022 Important Information for Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games clients: KEEP OR RETURN YOUR TICKETS Commencing later this week KSG will release details of the policies issued by Tokyo 2020 Organising Committee (TOCOG) on the ability for clients to either KEEP their Olympic / Paralympic Games ticket order, or to RETURN and request their Olympic / Paralympic Games event ticket order be returned for a ticket face value refund in Japanese Yen.... Unfortunately, the tight and short deadline for such return requests (over which we have no control) is being dictated by TOCOG, therefore all clients that intend on requesting a return to TOCOG of their event ticket order will need to complete, sign, and return the document (which we shall issue by this Friday 26th March 2021) to KSG by no later than Friday 2nd April 2021. We will email all ticket holders access to this form. A scanned copy of the completed and signed form will be acceptable. If a client chooses to KEEP their order, those tickets will be converted to PDF and issued to the email of the account holder later when ultimately distributed by TOCOG. We are aware clients would like clarity on the date they will be provided any ticket face value refunds by TOCOG. TOCOG have informed us that TOCOG is having this actioned sometime from June 2021 ( TOCOG have not confirmed a precise date yet). For Package clients, we shall update you on the non-ticket component aspects of packages as soon as we have further meaningful information of some substance from the Japanese suppliers. Please note however that unfortunately we do not expect this to be quick process and will take some weeks for such information to be forthcoming. As there is still much work to be done, we kindly thank you for your understanding as the situation remains fluid and is developing on a daily basis. Only a few minor adjustments to the start or finish times (between 5 - 30 mins) to a handful of sessions. There has been no major change to the schedule.
