17.01.2022 Whilst no food can relieve arthritis, eating certain foods can help combat inflammation. These include: omega-3 fatty acids from cold-water fish such as salmon and tuna, beans, flaxseeds, walnuts, green leafy vegetables, canola and olive oil, and green tea. Dairy products such as milk, yogurt and cheese contain calcium and vitamin D which also help by increasing bone strength....
