Up early to rescue a lost sheep, pampered the pony (fed & groomed), fed the chooks & ducks & cleaned their house, dug some spuds, watered some new additions to garden, admired & picked some iris’, fed the visiting pigeon, then cooked myself a late breakfast! 19.01.2022 The first of this years ‘lamb spam’ These twins were born on Monday & are the very first of the lambs. I’ve resisted taking photos until now as their mum was keeping them away & I didn’t want to disturb her. But today she’s moved with the little mob in their grazing pattern which is towards the house in the afternoons. I got a good photo op so took this little video from inside the house. if I had gone outside their mum would’ve taken them away. It amazes me how at not even 1 week old they are running around butting heads, jumping & trying out their legs to see what they can do! Seeing lambs do this is one of the most joyful (& cute) things I’ve witnessed

13.01.2022 One of the pigeons handing around king island has stopped over with us for the last few days. Such pretty colours! Quite a friendly little thing too. It tucks into the little tray of chooks seed mix I’ve been giving it. It hangs out by the front door all day then flies off & must roost in a tree nearby at night. Ive offered it a nice warm little crate but its not keen to sleep in it. It will get in the crate to eat seeds but prefers standing on the stone path for the rest of time. Hope is regains it’s energy & gets back on track to its home soon.

Yes - Chickens enjoy massage too! Just look at her in photo 2 during the massage. A very chilled out bird.

03.01.2022 It’s time I take a break & rest from massage. Time I rest from giving care to others, to provide care to myself. I recommend self-care to my clients so it’s time I practice that with myself. My body is telling me. So I will be taking a break for a little while - from only the massage component of my business - until further notice. Evrything else will be offered as usual: Aromatherapy, Reiki, energy work, private workshops, crystals, guidance card readings. Although it’s been a hard decision, it is actually very exciting as the space created by stepping back from massage allows me to offer more appointments for reiki & energy work - which I love to do.
