13.01.2022 I remember circulating this story early in the year. It is vital to understand that there are many areas of our personalities that may be effected by pharmaceuticals, especially if people are on multiple drugs. These is simply too little research that looks at how combinations of drugs effect our moods, lives and relationships. In Chinese medicine there are emotions attributed to certain organs, such as the Liver regulates emotions and governs learning, and if stagnated will cause anger. This relates to the article mentioning statins and how they effect some people. Of course statins directly effect the Livers function of producing and storing cholesterol.

12.01.2022 3000 deaths a year are attributed to suicide and yet there has been mixed messages about the increased risk due to this pandemic. This article says there is around 2 year lag on official suicide numbers so this is very concerning. look out for your friends and family in these troubled times.

I'd like to add that for the Dopamine , eat good nourishing healthy comfort foods (not junk) as junk foods depress the Liver function so your feel good high will last only as long as your mouthful. And remember nuts such as Walnuts pecans, almonds, pine nuts all contain good nutrients to nourish out brains so eat some daily!
