25.01.2022 NEW DATE! The Kinglake Country Fair committee has been hard at work trying to decide the best way to move forward with the fair, taking in to consideration all of the small businesses that it affects along with the health and wellbeing of everyone who would be attending. We know you were all just as disappointed as we were that the fair was cancelled earlier in the year due to COVID-19, and originally our plans were to move it to later this year to bring everyone some joy a...fter hard times. However, due to the current restrictions and predictions for the rest of 2020, we have made the decision to set a date for next year. If all works out like we hope and restrictions are eased going in to next year, we know that we will be able to provide you with the biggest and best Kinglake Country Fair yet! We look forward to seeing all of your smiles and hearing your laughter next year. As things change from day to day, please follow/like our facebook page to receive any updates or changes. This race will separate the King and Queen from their subjects as competitors run the course. The winners will hold the Crown for the coming year and will also receive a cash prize of $250 In 2020 Bendigo Bank is also giving a cash prize of $100 for the runners up. How will you hold your potatoes? Will you make it? Find out on March 22nd!

13.01.2022 Dear wonderful people, Despite our hopes, due to the Federal government’s decision to cancel public gatherings of more than 500 people, we are obliged to postpone the Kinglake Country Fair. Never fear, we’ll be back in Spring! It is the right move to respect the sensitive health issue at present by postponing until further notice. We understand that everyone has been so excited for March 22, but the health and wellbeing of the public and everyone involved is most important.... We are yet to pick a new date, but hope that you can be a part of the Fair later this year and continue to stay in touch with us so that we can all have a wonderful day. We will be contacting all stall holders, food vendors, businesses, and sponsors in due course to make alternative arrangements. We appreciate your patience in this situation. The Prince & Princess Of The Mountain Race. It will see all participants run 800 metres carrying a 3kg sack. The Male & Female winner will each receive a family pass from one of our generous sponsors - Funfields water park Whittlesea and O'Brien Icehouse Come and have some good old fashion fun, challenge your mates and challenge yourselves! This is the younger version of the historic King & Queen Of The Mountain Race. $10 to enter.
