07.01.2022 I'm my opinion the lamb shoulder chops are a underrated chop, simply amazing no matter how you cook them They have the bone with marrow that creates that extra flavour

02.01.2022 Lamb neck's weather sliced in half or into chops they make an amazing meal in my opinion with the most amazing lamb flavour out of the whole lamb. Or even just a special treat for that special pet. Weather it's a tomato based slow cooked sauce for a quick pasta Or ... a lamb slow cooked sauce for that special home made lasagna with a twist (for a lasagna I also add crushed hard boiled eggs) Lamb necks are definitely the way to go for that maximum flavour only at King of kings butchery see you all soon
