21.01.2022 Rise and shine with homemade granola. Making healthy and flavourful granola in your dehydrator is easy. Prep: 15 mins Dehydrate: 6 hrs... Ingredients 1/2 cup dried cherries 2 cups raw whole rolled oats 1 cup unsweetened apple sauce 2 tbsp maple syrup 2 tbsp raw honey 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or almond extract 1 pinch fine sea salt Directions 1) Mix all ingredients in a bowl until evenly mixed. 2) Thinly roll out mixture onto a dehydrator sheet. 3) Dehydrate at 50 degrees celsius for 6 to 8 hours or until crisp and crunchy. Depending on humidity. You may need to flip over the granola in the middle of the drying cycle, placing the dry side down onto drying sheet. 4) Once dry and cooled completely, break up the granola into bite-sized pieces and store in an air-tight container.
