10.01.2022 I have been trying to get Albert recognised as you all know. I want a seat with a plaque on near the Swan River at Burswood Park. They are doing up a plan at the moment but this plan involves putting more Aboriginal history into Burswood. This is something I wholeheartedly agree with however I expect that the same recognition be given to Albert. This is proving difficult even with all my contacts. I will keep trying. If it was not for Albert Cockram the Burswood Park would have square boxes called houses all over it. He made a sporting complex and was a visionary. He loved the Swan River. He owned Burswood Island for half a century.
