Try using our Sardines in olive oil to create a mouthwatering Spaghetti with herbs & olives. Recipe Ingredients 500g spaghetti... Splash of olive oil 3 teaspoons crushed garlic 12 Diced Sicilian olives 1/2 cup white wine 2 x 105g can King Oscar Double Layer Sardines in Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tablespoons finely chopped continental parsley Juice of half a lemon Cook spaghetti in a saucepan of boiling water according to packet instructions. Drain and keep warm. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat and add garlic and olives and cook for 1 minute. Reduce heat to low and add the white wine and sardines and heat through gently. Mix spaghetti through sardines with parsley and lemon and serve.
