10.01.2022 We made hand cut chips tonight with aioli dip using our Worcestershire Sauce and it was the bomb! We cut and par boiled some potatoes (so they cook quicker), then deep fried in olive oil, leaving the skin on. Then made our aioli dip in about 2mins flat so it was ready to use our dipping sauce....
