22.01.2022 Last Thursday, the children of the ELC were delighted to have our Principal, Don Grimmett, arrive with his saxophone. The children were enthralled by the pieces that were put together to make the saxophone and the jazz music that Mr Grimmett played for us. The children’s joy, awe, and wonder is clear on their faces. Staff were equally enthralled. Please visit again soon Mr Grimmett!

16.01.2022 Congratulations to our Year 9 students who ran the 12km 'City Bay - Your Way' last week with their teacher Adrian McDonald and Adam Dunt along with able assistance from Campbell Aldis and Jason Lippitt. "As a class, we set ourselves the goal to complete the 12km run as a team with the rule we start and finish as a whole cohort. While we weren't able to run the City To Bay track this year, we created our own 12km distance from Paradise Interchange to the city so we could stil...l achieve our goal together. We celebrated our achievement with breakfast together and reflected on the joy of being a united team." #Kingskids #CityBayYourWay #teamwork

06.01.2022 Our Middle School students enjoyed their last Bonfire for 2020. ‘The Bonfire’, the special name given to our Year 6-9 chapel, occurs once a term. It provides a time for the whole Middle School to gather as a community. It is a place of comfort, to talk, to listen, to learn, to tell stories, to sing and to be awestruck by our incredible God. Yesterday it was the Year 8s turn to run the event and they focused on the fact that if we set our eyes on Jesus we can experience joy, ...peace, hope and love all year round. The 8/9 Chapel Band led us in worship brilliantly with four songs, one for each of the four themes of advent. #joy #peace #hope #love
04.01.2022 This week our Receptions enjoyed their adventure to The Big Rocking Horse and Gorge Wildlife Park. This excursion was linked with their Term 4 inquiry topics of how objects move and how to find items on a map. #Kingskids #inquirybasedlearning
